Video for Everyone

You've all heard the following:
  • Video is too expensive for our in-house training budget!
  • Video is too time consuming and complex for our trianing needs!
  • Once you make a training video, it's too hard and slow to update!
These objections to producing training videos were valid in the past but not anymore. Smart phones, inexpensive equipment and easy-to-learn editing tools have changed the training cost/benefits equation.  Well-produced and effective video is now feasible for even the most budget-strapped instructional learning and development departments.

Bob Fordham and AnDrew Hopkins will provide tools and techniques for using video inexpensively.
